حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ بُرْدٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ قَالَ:
لَا يَتَزَوَّجُ الرَّجُلُ الْأَمَةَ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ، وَيَتَزَوَّجُ الْحُرَّةَ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ
