حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ [١]الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ، فَإِنْ فُعِلَ ذَلِكَ لَمْ يُتْرَكْ
