حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
لَا تَشْهَدُ الْمَرْأَةُ - يَعْنِي: الْخِطْبَةَ - وَلَا تُنْكِحُ
