حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ أَمَتَهَا، فَإِذَا أَعْتَقَتْهَا لَمْ تُزَوِّجْهَا
