حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَكَ الرَّجُلَانِ فِي الصَّيْدِ فَكَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَإِنْ أَكَلَا فَعَلَى كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا جَزَاءٌ
