سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ مَا كَانَ عَطَاءٌ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَخْرُجُ وَقَدْ خَلَّفَ فِي مَنْزِلِهِ شَيْئًا مِنَ الصَّيْدِ فَيُصِيبُهُ شَيْءٌ ؟ قَالَ: يَضْمَنُ
