حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةُ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
كَانَ يَقُولُ فِيمَنِ اضْطُرَّ إِلَى مَيْتَةٍ وَصَيْدٍ: يَأْكُلُ الْمَيْتَةَ وَلَا يَأْكُلُ الصَّيْدَ وَلَا يَعْرِضُ لَهُ، يَعْنِي الْمُحْرِمَ
