حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى
فِي قَوْلِهِ [تَعَالَى] [١]: ﴿وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ ﴾قَالَ: الْوُقُوفُ بِعَرَفَةَ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللهِ، وَبِجَمْعٍ [٢]مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللهِ، وَالْجِمَارُ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللهِ، وَالْبُدْنُ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللهِ، وَالْحَلْقُ مِنْ شَعَائِرِ اللهِ، فَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْهَا فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ. قَالَ: وَفِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى ﴿لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَنَافِعُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ﴾قَالَ: لَكُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَشْعَرٍ مَنَافِعُ [٣]إِلَى أَنْ تَخْرُجُوا مِنْهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ. فَالْأَجَلُ الْمُسَمَّى الْخُرُوجُ مِنْهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ، ﴿ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ ﴾قَالَ: مَحِلُّ هَذِهِ الشَّعَائِرِ كُلِّهَا الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ

Concerning His saying [Exalted is He]: ﴿وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ﴾ he said: The standing at ʿArafah is among the rites of God, and at Jamʿ is among the rites of God, and the stoning of the pillars is among the rites of God, and the sacrificial camels are among the rites of God, and the shaving is among the rites of God. So the appointed term is the departure from it to another. ﴿ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ﴾ he said: The place of all these rites is the circumambulation of the House.
