أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُرَخِّصُ لِلْكَبِيرِ وَالْمَرِيضِ أَنْ يُفِيضُوا مِنْ جَمْعٍ بِلَيْلٍ، وَلَكِنْ لَا يَرْمِي جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ
