حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَدْخُلُ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ، فَكَرِهَهُ الْحَكَمُ وَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ حَمَّادٌ بَأْسًا
