✧ Regarding the husband and the brother: which of them is more entitled to lead the prayer

حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي كَعْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ:
كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ [امْرَأَةً] [١]لِأَبِي بَكْرَةَ، فَمَاتَتْ، فَتَنَازَعُوا فِي الصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهَا، فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ وَقَالَ: لَوْلَا أَنِّي أَحَقُّكُمْ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهَا مَا صَلَّيْتُ عَلَيْهَا
