حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ
: إِذَا مَاتَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فَقَدِ انْقَطَعَ مَا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ زَوْجِهَا، وَأَوْلِيَاؤُهَا أَحَقُّ بِهَا
