حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا: أَيُّهُمَا أَحَقُّ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ [١]؟ فَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: الْأَخُ، وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ: الْإِمَامُ، فَإِنْ تَدَارَؤُوا [٢]فَالْوَلِيُّ ثُمَّ الزَّوْجُ
