✧ On a man buying a slave from his zakat, emancipating him, then the slave dies

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَشْعَثُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى مِنْ زَكَاتِهِ نَسَمَةً فَأَعْتَقَهَا فَمَاتَتِ النَّسَمَةُ وَتَرَكَتْ مِيرَاثًا، قَالَ: يُوَجِّهُهَا فِي مَوَاضِعِ الزَّكَاةِ
