عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ السَّفَّاحِ بْنِ مَطَرٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ كُرْدُوسٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ:
أَنَّهُ صَالَحَ نَصَارَى بَنِي تَغْلِبَ عَلَى أَنْ تُضَعَّفَ عَلَيْهِمُ الزَّكَاةُ مَرَّتَيْنِ، وَعَلَى أَنْ لَا يُنَصِّرُوا صَغِيرًا، وَعَلَى أَنْ لَا يُكْرَهُوا عَلَى دِينِ غَيْرِهِمْ
