غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ حَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الدَّيْنُ وَفِي يَدَيْهِ مَالٌ أَيُزَكِّيهِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، عَلَيْهِ زَكَاتُهُ، أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّهُ ضَامِنٌ ! وَسَأَلْتُ رَبِيعَةَ ؟ فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ حَمَّادٍ
