عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَيَجْزِي [١]الرَّجُلَ أَنْ يَضَعَ زَكَاتَهُ فِي أَقَارِبِهِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، إِذَا لَمْ يَكُونُوا فِي عِيَالِهِ
