وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
قَالَ عُمَرُ: إِذَا تَحَوَّلَتِ الصَّدَقَةُ إِلَى غَيْرِ الَّذِي تُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَهَا
