عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَوَّامٍ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ حَمَّادًا يَقُولُ:
مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ عِنْدَهُ مَالٌ يَبْلُغُ فِيهِ الزَّكَاةَ أُعْطِيَ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ
