ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ:
لَا تُعْطِ [١]الْيَهُودِيَّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ، وَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَتَصَدَّقَ [٢]عَلَيْهِمْ
