وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ:
كَتَبَ إِلَى عَطَاءٍ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ عَبِيدٍ يَهُودٍ وَنَصَارَى: أُطْعِمُ عَنْهُمْ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
