وَفِيهَا أُلْزِمَ أَهْلُ الذِّمَّةِ بِلُبْسِ الْغِيَارَ بِبَغْدَادَ عَنْ أَمْرِ السُّلْطَانِ طُغْرُلْبَكَ، بَيَّضَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ.
