Then the year 357 AH began
وَفِي تِشْرِينَ الثَّانِي: عَرَضَ لِلنَّاسِ الْمَاشِرَا، وَوَجَعُ الْحَلْقِ، وَكَثُرَ الْمَوْتُ فُجَاءَةً.
Translation
✧ And in Tishrin al-Thani (November): the mashira (a disease) occurred among the people, along with sore throat, and sudden death became frequent.
