Then the year 351 AH began
وَوَرَدَ الْخَبَرُ بِأَنَّهُ وَقَعَ فِي الْجَامِدَةِ فِي آخِرِ يَوْمٍ مِنْ تِشْرِينَ الثَّانِي بَرَدٌ فِي كُلِّ بَرَدَةٍ رِطْلٌ وَنِصْفٌ وَرِطْلَانِ.
Translation
✧ And the news came that at the end of the last day of the second Tishrīn, hail fell in al-Jāmida, each hailstone being a raṭl and a half or two raṭls.
