Then the year 349 AH began
وَفِيهَا سَارَ رُكْنُ الدَّوْلَةِ مِنَ الرَّيِّ إِلَى جُرْجَانَ، فَلَقِيَهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْفَيْرُزَانِ وَابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، فَوَصَلَهُمَا بِمَالٍ جَلِيلٍ.
Translation
✧ In this year, Rukn al-Dawlah marched from al-Rayy to Jurjān. He was met by al-Ḥasan b. al-Fayrūzān and Ibn ʿAbd al-Razzāq, and he bestowed upon them a substantial sum of money.
