Then the year 336 AH began
فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ فِي صَفَرٍ، ظَهَرَ كَوْكَبٌ لَهُ ذَنَبٌ طُولُهُ نَحْوَ ذِرَاعَيْنِ فِي الْمَشْرِقِ ، وَبَقِيَ نَحْوَ عَشَرَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَاضْحَمَلَّ.
Translation
✧ In this year, in Safar, a star with a tail about two cubits long appeared in the east, and it remained for about ten days and then vanished.
