Then the year 334 AH began
فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ اصْطَلَحَ مُعِزُّ الدَّوْلَةِ وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَرِيدِيُّ ، وَضَمِنَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ مَدِينَةَ وَاسِطَ وَأَعْمَالَهَا مِنْهُ.
Translation
✧ In this year Muʿizz al-Dawlah and Abū al-Qāsim al-Barīdī made peace, and Abū al-Qāsim undertook the guarantee of the city of Wāsiṭ and its districts from him.
