Then the Year 328 AH Began
فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ قُتِلَ طَرِيفُ السُّبْكَرِيُّ. ( وَفِيهَا عَزَلَ بُجْكُمُ وَزِيرَهُ أَبَا جَعْفَرِ بْنَ شَيْرَزَادَ لِمَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ، وَصَادَرَهُ عَلَى مِائَةٍ وَخَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ، وَاسْتَوْزَرَ بَعْدَهُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْكُوفِيَّ ).
Translation
✧ In this year, Ṭarīf al-Subkarī was killed. (And in it, Bujkum dismissed his vizier Abū Jaʿfar b. Shīrazād for the reason we have mentioned, and confiscated from him one hundred and fifty thousand dinars, and appointed after him Abū ʿAbd Allāh al-Kūfī as vizier).
