The Year 214 AH
وَفِيهَا وَلَّى الْمَأْمُونُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ هِشَامٍ الْجَبَلَ وَقُمَّ وَأَصْبَهَانَ وَأَذْرَبِيجَانَ وَعُزِلَ عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ عَنْ قَضَاءِ الشَّرْقِيَّةِ.
Translation
✧ In this year, al-Maʾmūn appointed ʿAlī b. Hishām over al-Jabal, Qumm, Aṣbahān, and Adhrabījān, and ʿIkrimah b. Ṭāriq was dismissed from the judiciary of al-Sharqiyyah.
