Then the year 148 AH began
وَفِيهَا: حَجَّ بِالنَّاسِ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْمَنْصُورِ ، وَكَانَ عُمَّالُ الْأَمْصَارِ فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ عُمَّالَهَا فِي السَّنَةِ الَّتِي قَبْلَهَا.
Translation
✧ In this year, Jaʿfar b. Abī Jaʿfar al-Manṣūr led the people in the pilgrimage, and the governors of the various regions in this year were the same as those of the preceding year.
