The Year 104
وَحَجَّ بِالنَّاسِ في سنة أربع ومائة عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّضْرِيُّ. وَكَانَ هُوَ الْعَامِلَ عَلَى مَكَّةَ [ وَالْمَدِينَةِ ] وَالطَّائِفِ، وَعَلَى الْعِرَاقِ وَالْمَشْرِقِ: عُمَرُ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ. وَعَلَى قَضَاءِ الْكُوفَةِ: حُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَسَنٍ الْكِنْدِيُّ. وَعَلَى قَضَاءِ الْبَصْرَةِ: عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ يَعْلَى.
Translation
✧ In the year 104, ʿAbd al-Wāḥid b. ʿAbd Allāh al-Naḍrī led the people in the pilgrimage. He was the governor of Makkah, [and Madinah], and al-Ṭāʾif, while ʿUmar b. Hubayrah was over Iraq and the East. Ḥusayn b. Ḥasan al-Kindī was over the judiciary of al-Kūfah, and ʿAbd al-Malik b. Yaʿlā was over the judiciary of al-Baṣrah.
