The Caliphate of ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān
ذِكْرُ مَنْ تُوُفِّيَ فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ عَمْرُو بْنُ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ بْنِ أَنَسِ بْنِ أَدَاةَ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا وَالْمَشَاهِدَ كُلَّهَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ. وَتُوُفِّيَ فِي خِلَافَةِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ؓ وَفِي هَذِهِ الْغَزْوَةِ مَاتَتْ أُمُّ حَرَامٍ بِنْتُ مِلْحَانَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةُ، أَلْقَتْهَا بِغْلَتُهَا بِجَزِيرَةِ قُبْرُسَ
Translation
✧ Mention of those who died in this year ʿAmr b. Surāqah b. al-Muʿtamir b. Anas b. Adāʾah b. Rabāḥ He witnessed Badr and all the battles with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. And he died during the caliphate of ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān ؓ And in this expedition died Umm Ḥarām bt. Milḥān al-Anṣāriyyah, her mule threw her off on the island of Cyprus
