حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ وَأَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ بَيَانٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ وَأَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْقَارِئُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ

صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ فَقَالَ «أَشَاهِدٌ فُلَانٌ؟» لِنَفَرٍ مِنَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَمْ يَشْهَدُوا الصَّلَاةَ ثُمَّ قَالَ «إِنَّ هَاتَيْنِ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ مِنْ أَثْقَلِ الصَّلَوَاتِ عَلَى الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِيهِمَا لَأَتَوْهُمَا وَلَوْ حَبْوًا» يَعْنِي صَلَاةَ الْعِشَاءِ وَالصُّبْحَ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the Fajr prayer and then said, 'Is so-and-so present?' referring to a group of hypocrites who had not attended the prayer. Then he said, 'These two prayers are among the heaviest prayers for the hypocrites. If they knew what was in them, they would come to them even crawling,' meaning the Isha and Fajr prayers.
