حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ثنا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ يُنَادِي فِي النَّاسِ أَنْ لَا صَلَاةَ إِلَّا بِقِرَاءَةِ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَمَا زَادَ»

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ لَا غُبَارَ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مَيْمُونٍ الْعَبْدِيَّ مِنْ ثِقَاتِ الْبَصْرِيِّينَ وَيَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ لَا يُحَدِّثُ إِلَّا عَنِ الثِّقَاتِ» وَقَدْ صَحَّتِ الرِّوَايَةُ عَنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَأَنَّهُمَا كَانَا «يَأْمُرَانِ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ» صحيح لا غبار عليه وجعفر ثقة
