machine translationThis is an authentic (ṣaḥīḥ) hadith meeting the conditions of the two Shaykhs, if there is no irsāl in it. They did not record it with this wording; they only agreed upon the hadith of Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Abī Mulaykah, from ʿUrwah, from Marwān, from Zayd b. Thābit: "The Prophet ﷺ used to recite in the Maghrib prayer, lengthening the two rakʿahs." "And this hadith of Muḥāḍir is explained and summarized, and the two of them agreed on using Muḥāḍir as evidence." In it there is a break (inqiṭāʿ).
