وَمِنْهَا مَا حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الزُّهْرِيُّ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقِ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثَنَا شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ شَقِيقِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حَلَّامِ بْنِ جِذْلٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا ذَرٍّ جُنْدُبَ بْنَ جُنَادَةَ الْغِفَارِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ
«إِذَا بَلَغَ بَنُو أَبِي الْعَاصِ ثَلَاثِينَ رَجُلًا اتَّخَذُوا مَالَ اللَّهِ دُوَلًا وَعِبَادَ اللَّهِ خَوَلًا وَدِينَ اللَّهِ دَغَلًا» قَالَ حَلَّامٌ فَأُنْكِرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى أَبِي ذَرٍّ فَشَهِدَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَا أَظَلَّتِ الْخَضْرَاءُ وَلَا أَقَلَّتِ الْغَبْرَاءُ عَلَى ذِي لَهْجَةٍ أَصْدَقَ مِنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ» وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَهُ

✧ "When the descendants of Abu al-As reach thirty men, they will take Allah's wealth as a thing to be passed around, Allah's servants as slaves, and Allah's religion as corruption." Hallam said: That was objected to regarding Abu Dharr, and Ali b. Abi Talib testified: "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'The green canopy has not shaded, nor has the dust-colored earth carried, one with a tongue more truthful than Abu Dharr.' And I bear witness that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said it."
