أَخْبَرَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَيْدَرَ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَدَوِيُّ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي الصِّدِّيقِ النَّاجِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ ﷺ

«يَنْزِلُ بِأُمَّتِي فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ بَلَاءٌ شَدِيدٌ مِنْ سُلْطَانِهِمْ لَمْ يُسْمَعْ بَلَاءٌ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُ حَتَّى تَضِيقَ عَنْهُمُ الْأَرْضُ الرَّحْبَةُ وَحَتَّى يُمْلَأَ الْأَرْضُ جَوْرًا وَظُلْمًا لَا يَجِدُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مَلْجَأً يَلْتَجِئُ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الظُّلْمِ فَيَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ ﷻ رَجُلًا مِنْ عِتْرَتِي فَيَمْلَأُ الْأَرْضَ قِسْطًا وَعَدْلًا كَمَا مُلِئَتْ ظُلْمًا وَجَوْرًا يَرْضَى عَنْهُ سَاكِنُ السَّمَاءِ وَسَاكِنُ الْأَرْضِ لَا تَدَّخِرُ الْأَرْضُ مِنْ بَذْرِهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا أَخْرَجَتْهُ وَلَا السَّمَاءُ مِنْ قَطْرِهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا صَبَّهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِدْرَارًا يَعِيشُ فِيهَا سَبْعَ سِنِينَ أَوْ ثَمَانِ أَوْ تِسْعَ تَتَمَنَّى الْأَحْيَاءُ الْأَمْوَاتَ مِمَّا صَنَعَ اللَّهُ ﷻ بِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ مِنْ خَيْرِهِ»

✧ There will descend upon my community in the last days a severe affliction from their rulers, the like of which has never been heard of a more severe affliction, until the spacious earth becomes constricted for them and until the earth is filled with oppression and injustice. The believer will find no refuge to which he can flee from oppression. Then Allah, Mighty and Sublime, will send a man from my progeny who will fill the earth with equity and justice just as it was filled with oppression and injustice. The inhabitants of heaven and the inhabitants of earth will be pleased with him. The earth will not withhold any of its seeds except that it brings them forth, and the sky will not withhold any of its rain except that Allah pours it upon them abundantly. He will live therein for seven, eight, or nine years, during which the living will wish for the dead because of the good that Allah, Mighty and Sublime, has done for the people of the earth.
