✧ From Abu 'Ali al-Janbi, from Fadalah b. 'Ubayd al-Ansari, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a man who prayed without praising Allah, without glorifying Him, and without invoking blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, and then left. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'This one has been hasty.' He called him and said to him and to others: 'When one of you prays, let him begin by praising his Lord and extolling Him, and let him invoke blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, then let him supplicate for whatever he wishes.'
