فَحَدَّثَنَا بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرَهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بُرْدٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ الْبَهْرَانِيُّ ثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ نِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
