أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الدَّقَّاقُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُلَاعِبِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا فِي ثَلَاثِ خِصَالٍ زَانٍ مِحْصَنٍ فَيُرْجَمُ وَالرَّجُلُ يَقْتُلُ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَيُقْتَلُ بِهِ وَيُصْلَبُ أَوْ يُنْفَى مِنَ الْأَرْضِ

✧ The blood of a Muslim man is not lawful except in three cases: a married adulterer, who is stoned; a man who kills deliberately, who is killed for it and crucified or banished from the land.
