أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا الشَّيْخُ الشَّهِيدُ الْإِمَامُ ابْنُ الْإِمَامِ أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ الْكِنْدِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «أَنَا مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانِيَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانِيَهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'I am the patron of he who has no patron; I inherit his wealth and free his captive. The maternal uncle is the heir of he who has no heir; he inherits his wealth and frees his captive.'
