كَمَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ هَارُونَ الْعَوْدِيُّ ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الشَّاذَكُونِيُّ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ أَنَّ الْحَارِثَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِ الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ فَسَكَتَ فَنَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فَقَالَ «حَدَّثَنِي جِبْرِيلُ أَنَّ لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهُمَا»

✧ He informed him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the inheritance of the paternal aunt and the maternal aunt, and he remained silent. Then Jibril ﷺ came down to him and said, 'Jibril told me that they have no inheritance.'
