مَا أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّلَمِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
«مَنِ ادَّعَى وَلَدًا مِنْ أَمَةٍ لَا يَمْلِكُهَا أَوْ مِنْ حُرَّةٍ عَاهَرَ بِهَا فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَلْحَقُ بِهِ وَلَا يَرِثُ وَهُوَ وَلَدُ زِنًا لِأَهْلِ أُمِّهِ مَنْ كَانُوا»

✧ Whoever claims a child born to a slave woman he does not own, or to a free woman with whom he committed adultery, that child is not attributed to him, and he does not inherit. The child belongs to the family of his mother, whoever they may be.
