وَقَدْ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ ثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

«الْوَلَاءُ لُحْمَةٌ مِنَ النَّسَبِ لَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا تُوهَبُ»
