حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ ثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ ثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ
«إِنَّ مِنْ قَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِلْجَدَّتَيْنِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ السُّدُسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بِالسَّوِيَّةِ»
