حَدَّثَنَاهُ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَنْبَأَ أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَزَيْدٍ

فِي أُمٍّ وَزَوْجٍ وَإِخْوَةٍ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ وَإِخْوَةٍ لِأُمٍّ «أَنَّ الْإِخْوَةَ مِنَ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ شُرَكَاءُ لِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ فِي ثُلُثِهِمْ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا هُمْ بَنُو أُمٍّ كُلُّهُمْ وَلَمْ يَزِدْهُمُ الْأَبُ إِلَّا قُرْبًا فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِي الثُّلُثِ»
