وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقُطَيْعِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«إِذَا اسْتَلَجَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِالْيَمِينِ فِي أَهْلِهِ فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنَ الْكَفَّارَةِ الَّتِي أُمِرَ بِهَا»
