أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِالرَّيِّ ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ ثَنَا وَكِيعُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ ثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجَنَدِيُّ عَنْ كُرْدُوسٍ الثَّعْلَبِيِّ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

«مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ يَقْتَطِعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فَاجِرٌ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ أَجْذَمُ»
