حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ الْحَافِظُ ثَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ الشَّهِيدُ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الْعَبْسِيُّ ثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَغَرُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِهِ ابْنُ آدَمَ فَإِنَّهُ مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَيْهِ فَإِذَا أَخْطَأَ خَطِيئَةً فَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَتُوبَ إِلَى اللَّهِ ﷻ فَلْيَأْتِ رَفِيقَهُ فَلْيَمْدُدْ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ ﷻ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ مِنْهَا لَا أَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهَا أَبَدًا فَإِنَّهُ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ مَا لَمْ يَرْجِعْ فِي عَمَلِهِ ذَلِكَ

✧ On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said: “Every word the son of Adam utters is recorded against him. If he commits a sin and wishes to repent to Allah ﷻ, let him go to his companion, stretch out his hands to Allah ﷻ, then say: ‘O Allah, I repent to You from it and will never return to it again,’ for it will be forgiven him as long as he does not return to that deed.”
