أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ثَنَا أَبِي ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ سَوَّادٍ السَّرْحِيُّ ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَالَ وَعِزَّتِكَ يَا رَبِّ لَا أَبْرَحُ أُغْوِي عِبَادَكَ مَا دَامَتْ أَرْوَاحُهُمْ فِي أَجْسَادِهِمْ فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَعِزَّتِي وَجَلَالِي لَا أَزَالُ أَغْفِرُ لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَغْفَرُونِي

✧ Indeed, Satan said, “By Your might, O Lord, I will not cease leading Your servants astray as long as their souls are in their bodies.” So the Lord, Blessed and Exalted, said, “By My might and My majesty, I will not cease forgiving them as long as they seek My forgiveness.”

  • «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح
